Description: Structure footprint feature provides a basic outline of structures in Morris County, NJ. This resource may include items such as billboards, water tanks, and outbuildings like garages. Some features may have been created or modified from detailed cadastral information, others from manual digitizing based on aerial photography, however the main portion not modified was created automatically from LiDAR information (2005) and may not be accurate or aesthetically pleasing. This resource is modified by Morris County GIS staff as they are made aware of new development or recognize an edit should be made to existing features but it is no way complete.
